A super British bakelite school/office wall clock. This is a pretty rare model made by Gent of Leicester in the 1950s.
The case is Bakelite and has been hand-polished to a lovely warm lustre. The dial is still a nice, clean white colour and shows light overall foxing and age. The hands are in good order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.
Overall dia. 31.5cm, depth 8cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
