This is the classic office/waiting room style vintage wall clock. This beautiful piece was made in Britain by Smiths around the 1940s/50s.

The wonderful case is oak and is in really great condition with only a little wear. The case has been hand-polished to a lovely satin glow. I have repaired, deoxidised and beeswax polished it, but there are some marks I didn’t want to over-clean then loose this lovely patina. The dial is an off-white colour and shows minor wear throughout. The brass bezel is in nice order with modest signs or wear. The glass is in good order and probably not the original.
