A superb British bakelite school/office wall clock, this model is called Delhi Minor. Made by SMITHS in Britain in the 1950s.

The beautifully preserved case is Bakelite and has been hand-polished to a lovely warm lustre to enhance that lovely mottling. There are only a few minor nicks and scratches. The dial is still a nice ivory colour and shows light overall wear. The hands are in good order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
