This is a far less common smaller version of these commercial wall clocks. This beautiful piece was made in Britain in by Gent of Leicester in the 1950s.

The steel case has the original paintwork which is aged, but not in too bad a condition. I have deoxidised and polished it, but there are some marks I didn’t want to over-restore then loose this lovely patina. The dial is an 0ff-white colour and shows some noticeable wear throughout, which has been stabilised. There is a lovely example of ghosting where the dial has faded around the hour hand. The hands are in good order. The brass bezel is in nice order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.
