This is the classic office/waiting room style vintage wall clock. This beautiful piece was made in Britain in the mid 20th century
The case is walnut and has the most wonderful grain figuring. The case has been hand-polished to a lovely warm lustre. I have repaired, deoxidised and beeswax polished it, but there are some marks I didn’t want to over-clean then loose this lovely patina. The heavy iron dial is an 0ff-white colour and shows some wear throughout. The hands are in good order. The brass bezel is in nice order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
