A superb British bakelite school/office wall clock, this model is called Delhi Medium. Made by SMITHS in Britain in the 1950s. This piece was made for Tatton, but I have been unable to find out who they were.

The superb case is Bakelite and has been hand-polished to a lovely warm lustre. The dial is a warm pale ivory colour and shows modest wear. The red 24 hour markings are hand-painted.  The hands are in good order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.

Overall dia. 29cm, depth 7cm.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
