This early 1950s vintage wall clock is in really superb condition. Made by RFT (Rundfunk- und Fernmelde-Technik) in Leipzig, East Germany. This model dates from the early 1950s.
The case is beech and is in wonderful overall condition for a 70+ year-old. There are only modest minor signs of wear. The dial has mellowed to a pale ivory colour and also shows a little wear. The hands are all in good order with a few marks. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
