This is the classic railway waiting room style vintage wall clock. This beautiful piece was made in Britain in the 1920s.

The case is oak and has been hand-polished to a lovely warm lustre. Age and probably damp have caused a few pieces of the case to become slightly mis-aligned. I have repaired, deoxidised and polished it, but there are some marks I didn’t want to over-clean then loose this lovely patina. The dial is still an aged pale ivory colour and shows modest wear. The hands are in good order. The glass is in good order with a few light marks commensurate with its age.
