These square clocks are very hard to get hold of. A really beautiful East German vintage factory clock made in Leipzig in the early 1950s by RFT (Rundfunk- und Fernmelde-Technik). This model is dated on the reverse; 9th May 1952.
The steel case is in pretty good overall condition with some wear and tear. I am unsure if this is the original colour or not. The dial has aged to an off-white colour with some signs of ageing. The early curved profile hands show a little wear. The glass shows just a bit of wear.
