Fat Lava clocks don’t get much better than this. This stunning piece was made in West Germany in the 1970s by Kienzle.

The chunky ceramic case is in very good overall condition with negligible wear. Everything you would expect from fat lava is here; texture, vividness and over-the-topness. The original plastic hands have been carefully de-oxidised to reveal the bright white colour and show a touch of wear.
