This is a slightly later long case clock dial. Beautifully painted. Circa. 1890. Dating source: Painted Clocks 1770-1870 by Brian Loomes. Published 1994.

This is a steel clock dial with very nice painting. As you can see there is only modest deterioration to the finish, some small knocks and some wear. Overall the decorative paintwork is in very good order with the detail in the arch being very well preserved.  The hands are in good condition.
