This is the small size version of these factory wall clocks. Made by Siemens & Halske in West Germany. Made in the 1950s.

The case has some serious wear. The original black was over-painted with a spirit-based cream paint, then an acrylic black painted over that. You can see how the finishes have reacted to each other. The dial has mellowed to a pale ivory colour with modest wear. The hands have wear. The original glass is in good order with minimal wear

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
