A very fine commercial wall clock made in Leipzig, East Germany by ELFEMA (Electro-Mechanics Mittweida). This early model dates from the early 1960s.
The steel case is in really nice condition with only a few signs of pitting and wear. The dial is an off-white with minimal wear. The early version curved profile hands are in good condition. The original glass is also in good order.
Overall dia 37cm, depth 7cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
