This aged clock was originally sealed and made to be be used in potentially explosive situations or damp conditions. Made in the 1970s by Telefonbau Normalzeit in West Germany.
The heavy steel case, which has a steel backplate and inspection hatch on the rear, has been over-painted a few times and has aged. It is in nice overall condition wear throughout. The dial, which still has a crisp whiteness is clean and shows very little wear. The logo and minute/hour batons are crisp. There is some wear to the hands. The original glass shows a little wear commensurate with its age.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
